I am guilty ~ I have have used inappropriate language on occasion to describe
my complete and utter dissatisfaction with the current moment.
I have used inappropriate language to refer to my discomfort with a person, place or thing that has upset me.
I have used "name calling"
I have engaged in anger....
I have fallen victim to my frustration...
I have in fact at times in my life become abhorently "the wicked witch of the west"
in demeanor and behavior.
The GOOD news is that since I've been working out more, dancing more, and
doing what I LOVE more, this behaviour is less evident, and occurs less often
than at other times in my life.
AND I no longer resort to eating, drinking, smoking, or mass consumption of chocolate
to attempt to diminish those feelings and emotions should they rise up....although I must admit I had a bit of chocolate ..."today"
Am I perfect...
HELL no ~~~~ LOL
Just a lot more willing to recognize that I am fallible, I am human, and in the acceptance
of the full range of my emotions...understand that anger is most often attributed to my earlier note
on "Anger Management" to having had my feelings hurt.
It SO incredibly difficult to drop from anger into a soft spoken desire to discuss the cause....
but I am getting better .... working out at the gym.....takes that fury right out of my system....
and builds my strength and body at the same time....
Not using anger to motivate me, of course,
but working out and really getting the ol heart churning sees
less and less of the the above mentioned behaviours
Tell us about what you do
Anger Management ~ I want the very best tools I can have to eliminate the need to cause others any kind of pain, due to a temporary frustration I am experiencing in myself...
and perhaps your suggestions will be also helpful for others.....with a similar question.
Thank you for your support ~

Witness
"WITNESS"
Author ~ Sian Lindemann ~ 2009
Living...
the life of an artist
since the age of 4,
I have come to recognize
that there is one but one "constant"
in the act of creation.
I long for "witness."
I remember
that as a small child
I was given the opportunity to try many things,
and
I was given the freedom
to explore those notions.
I was not well attended as a child.
At the time, it may have been perceived as neglect
on the part of my parents... yet,
I did not know any differently,
and so for me,
it was freedom.
I could choose what I wished to "do" today...
an
it was without judgement,
or consideration of
consequence.
I loved to explore...
I loved to make new friends,
I loved to venture
into imagination.
I loved the "act" of discovery.
I loved things that moved...
Things that needed construction
things that "worked"and had moving parts.
And I loved,
particularly to share that discovery
with someone.
It could be with a friend.
It could be with my sister, with my mom,
with guests to our home
or with anyone who would listen.
I was not particular
as to who must witness,
simply that the act of discovery
had witness.
I don't know "why"
it was essential...yet its witness
was so important,
Perhaps the JOY
I experienced
in the discovery
was worthy to share.
Or perhaps it was "witness"
that defined
and made clear
I exist.

The Artist's Wife is Wise
Tina Girandola is Robert Girandola's wife. The post on her status today captured my attention so much that I decided to make today's blog post on topic to its statement.
"What other people think of you is none of your business."
I recognize that I spend quite a bit of time wondering how I am being received by my friends, clients, colleagues, and acquaintences. I should know by now that I've never ever been able to insert myself into a particular crowd......I've always been the odd ball on the perimeter as if embodied purely for "witness."
In light of yet another fantastic quote that appeared in my thread on FaceBook...."Stop regretting that God has made you exactly the way you want to be..." (Anne Newell)
is an even greater AHA that Who I am, just as I am, is the very best of myself...as is....We try to change to fit into, to adapt to, to cooperate with, to be part of "the" crowd. As an artist your best use is to live firmly and devotedly in the extreme uniqueness that you are.
Well that just about says it all ~ Why on earth worry about what people think ~ I came to earth in this form to be exactly what was divinely planned and it is perfect "as is." And what's even better that if I just allow myself to live as I am, BE Myself, Have as much fun as possible, smile daily, laugh heartily, and trust my crazy "awesome" ideas that life has begun again at 54 years of age .... and its the BEST ever...
THIS is a good thing....and you ?

I LOVE My Life
When was the last time you could say this statement outloud... and mean it ?
Have you ever said this statement outloud and meant it ?
I know that I have had "moments" throughout my life that I loved, but I cannot recall EVER
feeling the way I am feeling today.
I LOVE my life ~
and its a new experience for me when I express this...as
it resonates all the way up from my toes to my heart where it explodes into
a smile.
What freedom there is that kind of love.
It is an experience that has released me from an "idea" or many ideas of what I
thought love was. Its kind of fun...to look out upon the world and not see anything
that doesn't remind me, fill me, warm me, and envelope me in love.
I'd say this is the very best of success.

Its The Water
I am SO lucky ...... Subhash Verma has been meditating and praying for my health for months.....A Fantastic team at Pure Fitness Greenway getting my body to "move" after two years in my Face Book office.

The TRAINERS Pure Fitness Greenway
Monks in Tibet praying daily for my ......happiness...Navdeep Singh from Ireland teaching me a new way to meditate that actually made my heart sing and my creativity blossom again...Barbara G Wainwright.....a true angel "on earth" who has been the most unconditionally supportive friend I believe I may have ever known. .......gotta say Life is SWEET ~ and ITS the water ;)Its awesome to feel SO good again..... Thank you so much !!!
Its Day Five on my self imposed assignment ~ 30 days, 30 blog posts as suggested by Seth Godin. In light that I might find new and better ways to serve and to inspire my clients and customers.....and to ultimately provide better service to their end needs.
On Health, Lifestyle and Career
I think I had taken for granted that health was a given. I've always been healthy....and I've always been active...until the last two or so years. I had moved to Colorado, and was recovering the most profound of broken hearts.
It affected me in ways I could not have known...that ultimately was cause for a new found state of suffering in my health......it culminated of course in weight gain that I'd not really been aware had occurred....a significant and complete change in my professional life and business, and the recovery from emotional as well as financial challenges...
All paths were pointing to extreme ill heath, based on a back log of stress that had seemed insurmountable.
It was not until a few months ago that I realized the dire nature of my immobility and took the initiative to make some changes.
I was shocked to discover how much my health had suffered...and was only fully aware when I fell ill to some kind of
lung and sinus infection that knocked me flat on my back for WEEKS.......
Wake up Call
I moved to Arizona. I removed myself from a work and living situation that was TOXIC. I let go of everything that was "in the moment" seeming to have importance....for without my health I was truly useless to anyone.....mostly to myself.
I was angry....I was bitter and I was really really sad.
The move to Arizona was exceptional and changed my outlook completely.
A trip to Sedona...and subsequent introductions and interactions with those listed at the top of this post...made me realize that I am REALLY cared for in this life.
Most of these people were complete strangers to me other than my interactions here
on Face Book ( where I did manage to maintain a rather cheery exterior in the format in which I was now doing online promotion for all of my clients, most of whom are artists )
There was so much support for me to heal....to grow.....and to shift out of that abhorrent "state" that I have been, truly, was humbled to my toes.
I continue to feel better, grow stronger, and am feeling more myself than I have in years and in alignment with the topic...how have these discoveries helped me to alter my business so that I may too share the value of good health with others.
Its the Water....
Along with the amazing people and support I speak of here....there has been one other thing that I have changed.
With so many moves and so many different "waters" to which I have subject
I have grown extremely particular in requiring clean, bottled water.....which becomes a rather expensive proposition on a daily basis....
Several months ago I was introduced to Kangen Water.
I knew that it was PH balanced water.I knew that it was "ionized" water...but I had no idea it would be a miracle cure in and of itself.
I have suffered from summer hayfever allergies ALL of my life.
There is not a time that I can remember where I could not leave the house without
some kind of allergy medication in my pocket...and a variety of "tabs" so as to be protected from a major allergy attack....
I had to think about the weather...whether I would touch the cats, have enough meds while visiting the barn and horses...or for pretty much any activity in which I would engage.
I ALWAYS had allergies.
I started drinking this new Water only two or three months ago....
and for the first time EVER in my whole life I have had no alleries what so ever.
Fluke ?
It is such a profound change that I actually took a "review" of all of the things I have changed, and although I am exercising again and loving that ~ the fact that I am consuming massive amounts of this PH balanced water.....is the only really big shift that I am aware of that is not somewhat like
what was already in place up to but not including the last three years.
I've known that changing the PH in the body was cause for wellness.
I'd no idea it was as simple as drinking a water that has a naturally balanced PH.
For the discomfort from all that I listed above, that was pretty challenging.
But to see such a significant change in just changing the kind of water I drink,
well with that alone,....I had to go and buy a machine, and assure that I could drink that kind of water every day until forever from now.
Cheers......and a continued HUGE thank you to all of the great people I have listed here
and to Ms. Lucretia Torva who turned me on to THE water....
Kangen Water.
It IS the water
and for that I am SO very grateful
Cheers

Are You Listening ?
"Some people hear their own inner voices with
great clearness. And they live by what they hear. Such people
become crazy... or they become legend." -Jim Harrison
I am one of those people who has an extremely loud inner voice.
It is clear, It is absolute, and it has not failed me.
I was asked today .... "How do you hear that inner guidance?"
For me it is not subtle, for me it is often as plain as....
Sian......Call So and So...Sian Turn Right Here.....Sian Paint Red....
I am understanding that others do not hear so clearly.
May I make a suggestion...?
It kind of goes with my earlier post about visibility.
You may not be able to hear your inner voice clearly for a number of
reasons. The main one being that if you DO.....then you have to listen,
and if you listen, then you have to "act" upon that guidance.
Oh my ..... Response.....Ability ~
The path of being an intuitive means that you must Walk The Talk
and to do what it is you are guided to do.
For me right now, as I write this I hear my guides giggling away
and informing me that NEW MEXICO was prescribed...
"When are you going Sian" ?
So with that Gotta Go.
It doesn't always make sense but after years and years of
"acts of faith" on my part, and following that guidance, that
I am indeed assured that I am not being lead away from that
which is serving my highest good, and more importantly the
use of my strengths....
Are you listening ?
If you are not....Ask me
If you are...Do what you're told
You'll not regret living a sincere and more deeply
fulfilling life....
It might bring change.
But think about this change as an adventure.
Life is just that.....Meant to be lived with JOY, Passion, and
a sense of adventure ....
Its just SO much more fun !
